Cedarwood oil (Cedrum Deodara) 
The oil is distilled from the wood, and is native to India. It has a woody aroma. Cedarwood oil was believed to have been used extensively in cosmetics, perfume and medicine. It is used to relax tense muscles, calm emotions, help breathing, for enhancing meditation, easing pain, repelling insects, for hair loss, for relief of irrationality, stress, worry, fear, mental obsession and for Eczema. It is used for skin care, for massage, bathing, inhalation, diffusion, compress and as a pet bedding freshener. It is also used as a tonic. 

It is Anti-septic, anti- putrescent, anti-seborrheic, anti-inflammatory, aphrodasiac, astringent, diuretic, expectorant, fungicidal, mucilytic, sedative (nervous), stimulant (circulatory).
